This is an animation I completed while at CSU summer arts @ Monterey bay was an amazing experience and I got to meet and work with some very talented people! Spent 3 days doing reference and about 1 1/2 weeks blocking out a 30 second shot, this is the excerpt from my shot that I choose to polish. Of course as always this is still a work in progress!
This is the student run short film project sponsored by the National Science Foundation I worked on Spring 2012. On this project we had a team of Viz Dev artists that were responsible for the backgrounds and color and a group of animators that were in charge of all the rough pencil animation, cleanup, inking, compositing and coloring of shots.
These are the two shots I took from start to finish (rough animation,clean up, inking, compositing, and color) I also helped with cleanup and inking of many other shots, it was a great experience and everyone really pulled together to create something great!
